1. How much does a VA match cost?

After you pay a one-time placement fee for your top 3 instant matches, pricing is:

  • Growth VAs$197 one-time match fee
    1–3 years of experience | Typically $25/hr (paid directly to your VA)
  • Executive VAs$497 one-time match fee
    3–5 years of experience | Typically $40/hr (paid directly to your VA)
  • White-Glove VAs$997 one-time match fee
    5+ years of experience | Typically $60/hr (paid directly to your VA)
2. How much do I pay my VA?

You pay a one-time match fee to unlock contact details. After matching, you and your VA agree directly on hourly rates.

3. How quickly can I get started?

The match form takes about 20 minutes. Your top 3 matches appear instantly, and you can begin working with your VA as soon as you choose.

4. What’s on the match form?

Multiple-choice questions that tailor your matches, including:

  • Response-time & availability preferences
  • Tools/apps you use most often
  • Personality/work style fit
  • Specific skills needed
5. What do I get when I receive my 3 matches?

You’ll see 3 detailed match profiles showing alignment to your preferences, including percentages and strongest areas. After you pay the one-time match fee, their contact information is unlocked so you can connect directly.

6. What if I want to interview my VA?

Totally up to you. Review your top 3 profiles and, if you’d like, set up a quick interview before making a final choice.

7. What if I want to see their resume?

Each match includes a comprehensive profile. If you still want a full resume, request it directly from the VA once contact info is revealed. Many entrepreneurs find match profiles faster and more useful than traditional resumes.

8. What if my first 3 top matches aren’t a fit?

You can purchase another match round to see more options — though most entrepreneurs find their VA within the first 3.

9. Can I hire my VA part-time or full-time?

Yes. Start part-time and scale up as you grow — or go full-time right away.

10. What time zone will they work in?

All of our VAs are U.S.-based, so you’ll have clear communication and time-zone alignment.

11. How quickly will my VA respond once we start working together?

Set your expectations for response time on the match form — we factor this into your matches so you’re aligned from day one.

12. What if I need more than one VA?

You’ll receive 3 top matches per match form. For different needs (e.g., admin and marketing), complete a separate match form for each role and purchase an additional match round.

13. Can I request additional matches later?

Yes — request another match round anytime as your business evolves.

14. What if I need my VA to speak Spanish (or another language)?

Indicate language preferences on the match form. We’ll factor it into your top 3 matches.

15. Do VAs handle specialized work like bookkeeping or marketing strategy?

Growth and Executive VAs focus on daily execution and admin (scheduling, inbox, project coordination, bookkeeping entries, marketing updates). White-Glove VAs often bring deeper experience; some provide strategic support in operations, bookkeeping, or marketing.

If strategy is important, select the White-Glove tier on the match form so it’s factored into your matches.

16. Do you specialize in certain industries?

18. Can I trust my VA with sensitive information?

Yes. Our VAs are professionals who understand confidentiality. You decide access. We recommend best practices such as using a password manager.

19. What if my VA quits?

Turnover is rare with pre-qualified VAs, but if it happens you can request another match round anytime.

20. Do you place VAs outside the U.S.?

No. All VAs are U.S.-based for alignment and communication.

21. What if I want my VA to work in person?

Your VA can work in your stack — Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, social platforms, and more. They aren’t hired as software experts or strategists, but they’re adaptable and handle day-to-day execution.

23. Do you require long-term contracts?

No long-term contracts. After placement, your working terms are between you and your VA.

24. Do you provide an agreement or contract?

No. Most entrepreneurs use a simple independent contractor agreement. We don’t supply or manage contracts.

25. Do you offer support after I’m matched?
