Welcome to myVAmatch. By using our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with our company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

  1. 1. Our Service

    myVAmatch connects entrepreneurs with pre-vetted, U.S.-based Virtual Assistants (VAs).

    • Complete our matching form to instantly receive your top 3 matches with profile previews and match percentages.
    • A one-time matching fee applies to unlock full contact details.
    • Each fee covers one set of 3 matches. Additional matches require a new fee.
    • After matching, you and your VA manage your own relationship (rates, contracts, payments).
    • myVAmatch provides connections only. We are not a party to agreements between entrepreneurs and VAs.

  2. 2. No Employment Relationship

    VAs are independent contractors, not employees of myVAmatch. We are not responsible for payroll, taxes, benefits, or management of VAs once matched.

  3. 3. Fees & Payments

    Match fees are paid upfront via Stripe and are non-refundable once matches are delivered.

  4. 4. No Guarantees

    We vet all VAs but cannot guarantee outcomes or performance. We are not liable for disputes after a match.

  5. 5. Intellectual Property

    All site content, branding, and proprietary processes belong to myVAmatch. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.

  6. 6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, myVAmatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  7. 7. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

    We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use signifies agreement.
